National Commercial Attorney

Position Overview:
We are seeking a National Title Attorney with expertise in commercial title work to join our team. This role requires a solid understanding of commercial real estate transactions, endorsements, title reviews across multiple states, and the overall national commercial closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct title reviews and document analyses
- Create and review legal documents
- Analyze and resolve title clearing issues
- Collaborate effectively with the closing team, business clients, and other parties involved in the transaction
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) with a valid bar license in one of the following states: NY, DE, GA, NC, SC, TX, or CT
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Enthusiasm for expanding knowledge and experience across diverse transaction types at a national level
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary, commission structure, and potential stock options.
